Business Post Group PLC18 December 2006 18 December 2006 BUSINESS POST GROUP PLC FedEx contract Following today's announcement of the acquisition of ANC Holdings by FedExCorporation, Business Post Group plc has been informed of FedEx's intention toterminate the Group's contract as Global Service Participant in the UnitedKingdom. The nature and timing of the exit of the contract is yet to be agreed.However, we expect the contract to be terminated by September 2007. The contract was awarded in March 2006 and came into effect on 3 September 2006. The FedEx contract currently represents c. 6% of Group revenues. We do not expect any impact on profits for this financial year.
