UK Mail Group plc. has today received notification that on 3 September 2015, Guy Buswell, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibility, ("PDMR"), purchased 8,940 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 386.25p per Share.
Following this purchase Guy Buswell holds voting rights attached to 295,057 ordinary Shares representing 0.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.
