Director/PDMR Shareholding
UK Mail Group plc announces that the under-mentioned director and other person discharging managerial responsibilities, ("PDMR") have received shares under the terms of the UK Mail Group plc Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
The shares vested on 12 January 2016 for nil consideration pursuant to a conditional award originally made on 29 November 2012. The disposals referred to below were solely undertaken to cover tax liabilities and costs relating to the transaction. All of the disposals below were made on 12 January 2016 at £2.595 per share.

Following these transactions the ESOT holds 1,325 shares equivalent to < 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company. UK Mail Group's issued share capital is 55,130,550 ordinary 10p shares.
The Company was informed of the above transactions on 13 January 2016.
