The following amendment has been made to correct the 'Director Dealing' announcement released today at 14.19 under RNS No. 0758Y.
The percentage of issued share capital held by Joe O'Farrell has been corrected to '12.70'.
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

The Board of Union Jack was notified that Joe O'Farrell, Executive Director, today acquired 3,200,000 of ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 0.31p per Ordinary Share.
