BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")
This is to inform you that 197th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Islamabad, inter-alia, to consider the First (1st) Quarter Accounts for the period ended March 31, 2015 for declaration of any entitlement.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from April 16, 2015 to April 24, 2015 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No.35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.
