Unicorn AIM VCT plc 12 November 2013 Issue of Equity The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that on11 November 2013 it allotted and issued 575,416 new ordinary shares of 1 pennyeach ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 141.1 pence per share under the Offerfor Subscription launched on 20 September 2013. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and totrade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, anddealings are expected to commence on 15 November 2013. Following this allotment, the Company now has 57,193,107 Ordinary Shares inissue. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
