Appointment of Non-Executive Directors
Urban&Civic plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Rosemary Boot and Sanjeev Sharma as Independent Non-Executive Directors with effect from 10 May 2019.
Rosemary is a non-executive director of Southern Water Services Limited and Impact Healthcare REIT plc, and a trustee of the Green Alliance, the environmental think tank. Sanjeev is Chief Property Portfolio Officer at M&G Real Estate Limited.
