Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting
U and I Group PLC (LSE: UAI) today announces, as required by DTR 6.3.5(3), that its Annual Report and Accounts has been published and is now available on the Company's website: www.uandiplc.com. This follows the release on 8 July 2020 of the Preliminary Results Announcement for the financial period ended 31 March 2020.
In compliance with LR 9.6.1, the Company has today submitted the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 31 March 2020 (the 'Annual Report') to the National Storage Mechanism and this will be available for inspection at http://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Annual Report together with Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') has been mailed to shareholders and will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies in due course. Copies of the Annual Report will also be available from the Company's registered office:

The Notice of the 2020 AGM has now been published on the Company's website at www.uandiplc.com in the investor relations section. The AGM will take place on 10 September at 12:00 noon, at 7A Howick Place, London SW1P 1DZ.
Physical attendance at the AGM
We value the opportunity that the AGM brings to interact with our shareholders, however, due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic and the related guidelines from the Government, shareholders may not physically attend the AGM and will not be permitted access to the venue on the day of the meeting.
Voting
Accordingly, instead of attending this year's AGM, we strongly encourage shareholders to exercise their right to vote by visiting www.signalshares.com and voting electronically by appointing the Chairman as proxy to vote on their behalf. Shareholders should vote as soon as possible and, in any event, by no later than midday on Tuesday 8 September 2020. For more information on how to vote please refer to the notes section on page 7 of the Notice of Meeting.
Any shareholder who wishes to raise a question in connection with business to be conducted at the meeting, can do so in advance of the AGM by sending it by email to the Company Secretary at info@uandiplc.com with the subject line 'U+I 2020 AGM'. All questions received prior to midday on 8 September will be responded to prior to the meeting and answers will be displayed on the Company's website shortly after the AGM.
