Investor Site Visit

U and I Group PLC (U+I, LSE: UAI or the "Company"), the mixed-use property regeneration specialist, confirms that it is hosting an event for investors and analysts to visit the site at 8 Albert Embankment this afternoon.

No new trading or price sensitive information will be disclosed during the visit, which will highlight the strategic importance of this site as one of the Company's major PPP projects.
