Results of the Annual General Meeting

&

Board Changes

TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR), a leading independent novel pesticide company for human, animal and environmental health today held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 12:00 midday (BST) at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9AE. All resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

In addition, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr James (Jim) Hills, aged 60, as a Non Executive Director with immediate effect.

Mr Hills spent the early portion of his career with The Gillette Company and Coca Cola USA where he held senior positions in both sales and brand management. Later, he became a 50% partner and Chief Executive Officer of Weatherly Consumer Products Inc. (Jobe's), a company which developed, branded and marketed specialty fertilizers in North America and Europe. Following the sale of that business in 1996, he and a partner started Gulfstream Home & Garden, Inc., a company which is specialised in the branding of specialist insecticide products for home and garden use which they sold in 2005, following nearly ten years of rapid growth.

The Board would also like to confirm that Ken Noonan, a Senior Independent Non-executive Director has retired from the Board with immediate effect.

Other than Tyratech, Mr Hills has been a director of Nottingham - Spirk Design Associates since 2004. In addition he was a Director of Tech Pac LLC from 1998 - 2010.

No further information falls to be disclosed under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
