TyraTech Inc. (AIM: TYR, and TYRU), the life sciences company focused on nature-derived insect and parasite control products, was informed on 23 January 2018, that following the retirement of shares on 8 January as a result of the Tender Offer (announced on 5 January 2017), Alan Reade no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital.
