Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 11 August 2011 Alan Reade, Executive Chairman of Tyratech, completed the purchase of 29,835 common shares of $0.001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of 29.9 pence per Common Share.

As a result of this transaction Alan Reade holds 4,198,388 Common Shares, equal to 8.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
