DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
Tyman plc announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 5p shares ("Ordinary Shares") undertaken by the Executive Directors and PDMRs, Jo Hallas, CEO and Jason Ashton, CFO.
DEFERRED SHARE BONUS PLAN (THE "DSBP")
On 20 March 2023, deferred shares awarded to Directors of the Company on 20 March 2020 under the terms of the Company's DSBP 2019 (as part of the annual bonuses for the year ended 31 December 2019) vested and have been transferred to award holders, net of associated tax liabilities and costs. This vesting was satisfied in accordance with the Group's policy through the transfer of shares from the Tyman Employees Benefit Trust.
Shares originally awarded to Directors, shares sold and retained are as follows:
