Capital Markets Event
Tyman plc ("Tyman" or the "Group"), a leading international supplier of engineered components and access solutions to the construction industry, will today host a virtual Capital Markets Event at 1.30pm for investors and analysts.
Tyman's 2021 Annual General Meeting is taking place separately this morning at 10.30 am, as per the Notice of AGM issued on 16 April 2021.
The Capital Markets Event will focus on Tyman's strategy and demonstrate how this will deliver sustainable long-term value. We will set out the margin expansion opportunity for each of our divisions and how we are targeting operating margins by 2023 / 2024 of 20% for Tyman North America and 15% for both our UK & Ireland and International divisions. We will also confirm that we will return to our progressive dividend policy and historical cover of between 2.0x and 2.5x from 2021, whilst keeping our target leverage between 1.0x and 1.5x Adjusted EBITDA. In addition, we will also set out our sustainability roadmap.
No new information will be provided on current trading further to the Group's last trading update, which was published on 6 May 2021.
