Following the Company's announcement of 15 June 2020, the Company has been notified that Robert Noel, Senior Independent Director of Taylor Wimpey plc has been appointed today as Non Executive Director of Hammerson plc and will become Non Executive Chairman on 7 September 2020. Rob will also chair the Nomination Committee effective from the same date.
This disclosure is made pursuant to rules 9.6.12 and 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
