§ AGM Trading Update

Travelzest (AIM: TVZ), the UK and Canadian holiday retailer, is pleased to announce an update on trading to shareholders at the Company's AGM being held at 2:30pm today in London.

The Board has seen consumer confidence continue to improve with good growth in overall bookings. Canada operations are experiencing growth in winter departures and the UK operations is showing good advance booking growth for summer departures.

Further to the Group's update on trading in November, Travelzest has continued to rationalise costs and align the business with current market opportunities through strategic restructuring of all operations across both the UK and Canada. Travelzest has relocated its head office in Berkeley Square, London, to Canada while maintaining a sub head office in Chiswick, London. Further office consolidation plans are underway to merge the various offices Travelzest has in Canada and the UK.

Through the merging of Travelzest's tour and retail operations and the sharing of resources and knowledge Group wide, the Group has seen an extension to its product offering and customer reach through a combined client base approach.

The Board looks forward to the remainder of the financial year with confidence.
