DIRECTORATE CHANGE UPDATE

Further to the update contained in the Company's Interim Results statement released on 12 December 2019, Tungsten announces that Duncan Goldie-Morrison will now be stepping down from the Board on 28 February 2020, rather than at the end of January as previously announced. The search for a new non-executive director to replace Mr Goldie-Morrison is progressing, and the Company currently anticipates that an appointment will be made before the end of March 2020.
