Subject: Cessation of Ms. Farida Khambata as anIndependent Director of Tata Steel Limited
This is to inform you that, in terms of the Retirement Policy applicable to the Board of Directors of Tata Steel Limited ('Company'), Ms. Farida Khambata (DIN: 06954123) ceases to be an Independent Director of the Company effective December 11, 2024.
Ms. Khambata was inducted as Member of the Board effective August 12, 2021.
The details of cessation as in terms of the Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/ CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India are given in Annexure A.
This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulations 30, 51 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
