Director Shareholding
The Company was notified that Edward Ware, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 87,470 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 56.875 pence per share.
Further to this acquisition, Mr Ware's interest in the Company is 18,784,832 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 25.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
