Result ofΒ General MeetingΒ
TristelΒ announces thatΒ further to the announcement on 9 November 2009 at the general meeting held today all resolutions were duly passed.
Following the passing of the resolutions at the general meeting, the Company confirms that admission of the 3,571,429 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the placing announced on 9 November 2009 to trading on AIM is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 26 November 2009.Β
FollowingΒ Admission, the CompanyΒ will haveΒ 33,142,596 Ordinary Shares in issue, all of which carry voting rights.Β Β This figure may be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change their interest in, the ordinary share capital of the Company.Β
