Director Shareholding
Tristel plc ("Tristel" or the "Company"), the manufacturer of infection control, contamination control and hygiene consumable products, announces that the Company was informed today that Mr Bruce Green, Non-Executive Director, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 38.45p each on Wednesday 7 December 2011.
Following this transaction Bruce Green will be interested in 965,016 ordinary shares, representing 2.41% of the issued share capital of the Company.
