Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Tristel plc, the AIM listed provider of infection and contamination control products, has been informed that Bruce Green, a director of the Company, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 43.5p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Green has an interest in 924,016 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
