Tristel PLC02 May 2008 Tristel plc ("Tristel" or "the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding The Board of Tristel plc, the AIM listed provider of infection and contaminationcontrol products, has been informed that on 1 May 2008, Mr Paul Swinney, ChiefExecutive, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") inthe Company at a price of 39p per share.
