Tissue Science Laboratories PLC13 October 2005 13th October 2005 Tissue Science Laboratories PLC DISCLOSURE OF NON MATERIAL INTEREST IN SHARES COMPANIES ACT 1985 (THE "ACT") SECTION 198 On Thursday 13th October 2005, Tissue Science Laboratories PLC (the "Company")received notification, pursuant to Part VI of the Act, from FidelityInternational Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries (including, interalia, Fidelity Investment Services Ltd and Fidelity PensionManagement)(together "Fidelity") that, Fidelity has separate disclosableinterests in, in aggregate, 2,033,621 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in thecapital of the Company, and that such interests represent, in aggregate, 7.02%of the issued share capital of the Company.
