("ThinkSmart" or the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries the "Group")
PDMR Shareholding Notification
ThinkSmart (AIM: TSL) was notified on 21 March 2018 that Mr. Roger McDowell, Non-Executive Director of the Group, effected a transfer of his shareholding to his SIPP on 21 March 2018, by selling and subsequently repurchasing 1,200,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mr. McDowell's beneficial holding in the Group remains unchanged and comprises of 1,600,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.53% of the Company's issued share capital of 104,728,744 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Group remain 104,728,744.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
