Board Change

ThinkSmart announces that Roger McDowell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, will retire from the Board of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting, expected to be in November 2020. Following Roger's retirement, the ThinkSmart Board will comprise Ned Montarello (Executive Chairman and interim CEO), Gary Halton (CFO), Peter Gammell (Non-Executive Director) and David Adams (Non-Executive Director).

Roger joined the Board of ThinkSmart in December 2016 when the Company listed on AIM of the London Stock Exchange.

Ned Montarello, Executive Chairman and interim CEO, commented:

"On behalf of the Board, I should like to thank Roger for his service to ThinkSmart over the past 3 and a half years during which time the Company has undergone significant change including the sale of 90% of its Clearpay business to the Australian listed Afterpay Ltd.
