Tissue Science Laboratories PLC08 August 2005 DISCLOSURE OF NON MATERIAL INTEREST IN SHARES COMPANIES ACT 1985 (THE "ACT") SECTION 198 On Monday, 8th August, Tissue Science Laboratories PLC (the "Company") receivednotification, pursuant to Part VI of the Act, from FMR Corporation and itsdirect and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited and itsdirect and indirect subsidiaries, (together "Fidelity"), has separatedisclosable interests in, in aggregate, 1,903,921 ordinary shares of 10 penceeach in the capital of the Company, and that such interests represent, inaggregate, 6.57% of the issued share capital of the Company.
