Coburg Group PLC28 January 2005 Coburg Group PLC ("The Company") 28 January 2005 Director's Dealings The Company was informed today, 28 January 2005, that on 27 January 2005 subsequent to the release of the interim results, Konrad Legg acquired 50,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each at 7.75p per share and 25,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each at 8.5p per share in the Company. This transaction brought his interested holding in the Company to 3,300,000* Ordinary shares representing 19.9% of the issued share capital of the Company. *Included in the above number of shares are 2,900,000 shares (17.5%) held by Tudeley Holdings, a company controlled by Konrad Legg.
