Change of Company Name
Further to the announcement dated 13 March 2018, the Company is pleased to announce that the change of name to Two Shields Investments Plc has become effective immediately. Trading in the Company's shares under the new name will take effect from 11 April with the Company's TIDM changing to TSI.
The change of the Company's name to Two Shields Investments Plc reflects recent developments across its portfolio of investments which provides exposure to technology metals in the West African Shield and international cyber fraud and crypto technology company BrandShield.
Following the change of name to Two Shields Investments plc, the Company's website domain shall shortly be transferred to www.twoshields.co.uk. The Company shall update shareholders when this change has occurred but for now all corporate information pursuant to AIM Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies can be found at www.blenheimnaturalresources.com
