Trans-Siberian Gold PLC15 June 2007 Trans-Siberian Gold plc Sale of Krasnoyarsk properties - update London: 15 June 2007 - Trans-Siberian Gold plc ("TSG" or "the Company") (TSG.L)is pleased to report that the final principal outstanding condition to the saleof its Krasnoyarsk based subsidiaries, OOO GRK Amikan ("Amikan") and OOO ASAngarskaya Proizvodstvennaya Kompaniya ("AS APK"), to AngloGold Ashanti Limited("AGA") for a cash consideration of US$40 million has been satisfied. AGA has advised TSG that the Russian Federal Anti-Monopoly Service has consentedto AGA's acquisition of the two companies. The Company anticipates that the procedural conditions required to effectcompletion of the transaction will be satisfied within the next two weeks. TSGexpects to receive the balance of the sale proceeds, US$30 million, by the endof June and will make a further announcement at that time.
