Tesco PLC (the "Company")
1. Release of shares under the Tesco PLC Performance Share Plan 2011
On 30 June 2022, Gerry Mallon, a member of the Company's Executive Committee, received 16,728 Ordinary shares of 6 1/3 pence each in the Company upon their release from a share award granted under the rules of the Tesco PLC Performance Share Plan 2011 on 13 August 2018.
This represents the gross number of shares released including dividend equivalent shares which have accrued between grant and vesting. Of those shares released, 8,239 shares have been withheld to cover Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions due on release. The net shares have been transferred to Gerry and are subject to a post-vesting holding period of six months.
The share price on release was 255.5 pence per share.
2. Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP")
The Company has been notified that the following PDMR acquired a further interest in the Company's shares as a result of their participation in the Company's DRIP directly or through a nominee service as set out below:

3. Sale of Ordinary Shares of 6⅓ pence
