Director/PDMR Shareholding - sale of shares
Truetide (AIM: TRUE) has been notified that, on 18 May 2026, Trevor Brown, Chief Executive of the Company, sold 7,500 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.7 pence per Ordinary Share in the market.
Accordingly, Trevor Brown's total beneficial shareholding in the Company has decreased to 22,132,715 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 28.2% of the Company's current voting rights.
Following the sale of Ordinary Shares by Trevor Brown, the Brown Hallam Concert Party, comprising Trevor Brown and Viv Hallam, now has a combined shareholding of 23,541,610 Ordinary Shares, representing 29.99% of the total issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
