TruFin plc("TruFin" or the "Company")
PDMR Notification
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
Further to the announcement by the Company earlier today (the "First Announcement"), TruFin announces that the ordinary resolution to approve the updated remuneration policy of the Company has now been passed. TruFin will announce the results of the remaining two resolutions when known.
In connection with the changes of roles of Henry Kenner and James van den Bergh and the related restructure of the Company's Management Incenive Plan, as described in the First Announcement, the Company announces that the following transactions have been undertaken by certain Directors of the Company.
