Transense Technologies PLC08 April 2005 Transense Technologies plc Michelin and Honeywell announcement Transense Technologies plc ("Transense" or "the Company") notes the recentannouncement by Michelin and Honeywell of a three year agreement to service andsupport the Michelin eTire System, an electronic tyre monitoring system designedto provide truck fleet managers with tyre pressure and tracking information. Under this agreement Honeywell will handle the installation of the system andalso provide customer service and support for current and new customers usingthe eTire System. It is anticipated that this agreement will lead to the launch of the Company'sin-tyre SAW sensors later this year, however the sensors initially used in theeTire system will not be Transense's market leading SAW sensors. 8 April 2005 Ends.
