Transense Technologies PLC26 October 2007 Transense Technologies plc Conference Call On 22 October 2007, Transense Technologies plc ('Transense' or the 'Company')announced that it had entered into a conditional contract for the acquisition ofthe entire issued share capital of Bishop Technology Group Limited ('Bishop').The contract is conditional upon, among other things, Transense shareholderapproval. A General Meeting of Transense shareholders has been convened for 16November 2007 to approve the proposed acquisition. The Board recognises that shareholders may have questions that need to beaddressed ahead of the General Meeting. It is therefore proposed to hold aconference call which all shareholders may join. The conference call isscheduled to take place at 10.00 a.m. on Friday 2 November 2007. It is possiblethat a large number of shareholders will join the conference call, consequentlyquestions should be submitted in advance to the Board and will be answered onthe conference call. Shareholders wishing to ask questions are invited to submitthem via email to mailbox@transense.co.uk by Tuesday 30 October 2007. If shareholders wish to join this call they will first need to register withTransense by calling Sharon Fagan on telephone number 01869 238 380 on or beforeWednesday 31 October 2007 when they will be given the relevant dial-in detailsfor the conference call. Only Transense shareholders will be permitted to listenin to the conference call for regulatory reasons and therefore they will need toprovide Sharon with details of their share ownership and registration inTransense for verification purposes. No price sensitive information is permittedto be given in the conference call. Management will endeavour to address all questions submitted as part of thecall. Any remaining questions may be put forward to the Board by shareholders atthe General Meeting to be held on 16 November 2007.
