Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that on 05 February 2024, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each on the London Stock Exchange from Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ('Berenberg'), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 11 January 2024 (the "Buyback Programme").
