Total Voting Rights and Capital

Tarsus Group plc announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 68,460,143 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

There are no shares held in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 68,460,143.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the

calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Tarsus Group plc, under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
