PDMR SHAREHOLDING AND ADDITIONAL LISTING
Tarsus Group plc announces that on 30 June 2008 it issued 14,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to its Director Roger Pellow on the exercise by him of options under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme.
These options, which were granted on 19 September 2003, have been exercised over 14,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 54p per Ordinary Share and as a result Mr Pellow now has a direct interest in a total of 18,836 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital in the Company.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to the Official List and London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities. Dealings are expected to commence on 4 July 2008.
The total issued ordinary share capital of the Company, inclusive of the present issue, will be 61,141,576 Ordinary Shares.
