Tarsus Group PLC25 October 2005 TARSUS GROUP PLC Issue of New Shares Tarsus Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 18 October 2005 it issued25,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on the exercise ofcertain options under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme. The Company also announces that on 20 October 2005 it issued 127,568 OrdinaryShares to shareholders who elected to receive Ordinary Shares in lieu of theinterim dividend of 1p cash per Ordinary Share. An application has been made to London Stock Exchange plc and the FinancialServices Authority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List of theUK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange's market for listedsecurities.
