PDMR SHAREHOLDING AND ADDITIONAL LISTING
Tarsus Group plc announces that on 11 July 2008, 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each were contributed by Mr Douglas Emslie into his SIPP. Mr Emslie's beneficial interest in Tarsus shares remains unchanged and he continues to be interested in a total of 773,205 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.27 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
