Tarsus Group PLC14 March 2007 TARSUS GROUP PLC NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS AND ADDITIONAL LISTING Tarsus Group plc announces that on 13 March 2007 it issued 1,474,200 newordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on the exercise of options bypersons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") as detailed below underthe Company's Executive Share Option Scheme. Neville Buch has exercised 526,500 options on 24 June 1998 at a price of 38p pershare and has sold, at a price of 235p per share, 466,500 of the ordinary sharesallotted to him on exercise. Following the sale he has a beneficial interest in12,059,393 ordinary shares, representing 19.93% of the issued ordinary sharecapital. Douglas Emslie has exercised 631,800 options granted on 24 June 1998 at a priceof 38p per share and has sold, at a price of 235p per share, 551,800 of theordinary shares allotted to him on exercise. Following the sale, he has abeneficial interest in 673,204 ordinary shares, representing 1.11 % of theissued ordinary share capital. Peter Begg has exercised 315,900 options granted on 24 June 1998 at a price of38p per share and has sold, at a price of 235p per share, 250,000 of theordinary shares allotted to him on exercise. Following the sale, he has abeneficial interest in 213,084 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 0.35% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK ListingAuthority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List. Dealings areexpected to commence on 20 March 2007. The total issued share capital of the Company, inclusive of the present issue,is 60,495,112 Ordinary Shares.
