Tarsus Group PLC11 May 2007 TARSUS GROUP PLC DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING AND ADDITIONAL LISTING Tarsus Group plc announces that on 9 May 2007 it issued 152,650 new ordinaryshares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on the exercise of options by personsdischarging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") as detailed below under theCompany's Executive Share Option Scheme. Bernard Becker has exercised 52,650 options granted on 11 May 1999 at a price of76p per share and 100,000 options granted on 6 March 2003 at a price of 19p pershare and as a result he has a direct interest in a total of 262,198 votingrights in the Company, representing 0.43% of the total voting rights of theCompany. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK ListingAuthority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List. Dealings areexpected to commence on 16 May 2007.
