Awards under the Tarsus Group plc 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") has today received notification from the following Directors that on 7 March 2013 they were granted awards in the form of nil cost options over ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") under the rules of the LTIP.
