Awards under the Tarsus Group plc 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") has today received notification from the following Directors that on 17 June 2011 they were granted awards in the form of nil cost options over ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") under the rules of the LTIP.
