Awards under the Tarsus Group plc 2016 Executive Retention Plan (the "ERP")
Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") has today received notification from the following Directors that on 21 June 2016 they were granted awards in the form of nil cost options over ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") under the rules of the ERP.

Under normal circumstances the awards will vest and become exercisable five years following the date of grant. Once vested, the awards may be exercised at any time up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant. Vesting is conditional upon the achievement of specified performance conditions over the five year performance period. No consideration was paid for the awards.
