Notification of Transaction by Director

Tarsus announces that it was notified today that on 29 July 2015, Beverley Haywood, wife of Tim Haywood, Non-executive Director, purchased 4,509 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of £2.19 per share.

Tim Haywood's beneficial interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 4,509 Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
