Tarsus announces that it was notified today that on 29 August 2017, David Gilbertson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 16,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of 310p per share.
David Gilbertson's beneficial interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 26,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.02 percent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
