Application for Block Listing

Tarsus announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (the 'Shares') to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be admitted for trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Shares will be issued pursuant to the Tarsus Group plc Company Share Option Plan 2008 and will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to be effective on 6 March 2017.
