Tarsus Group PLC18 December 2006 18 December 2006 TARSUS GROUP PLC Additional Listing Tarsus Group plc announces that on 13 December 2006 it issued 25,000 newordinary shares of 5p ("New Ordinary Shares") each on the exercise of certainoptions under the Company's 1998 Share Option Scheme. These New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingOrdinary Shares. Application will be made for the admission of the New OrdinaryShares to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange's market for listedsecurities and dealings are expected to commence on 21 December 2006. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the allotment of the NewOrdinary Shares will be 58,905,950.
