Tarsus announces that it has issued and allotted 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in relation to the exercise of options by a former employee of the Company.

Application has been made for these 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of London Stock Exchange plc. It is expected that dealings will commence on 3 April 2009.
